BCS PROJECT GRAY

The BCS Family of Companies has a storied reputation in the Tri-Cities region for offering top-tier financial solutions for individuals and businesses. With the express intent of serving the whole region and fostering synergy between their three companies and the departments within to create a dynamic environment of collaboration and community, they decided to consolidate into a single "co-location." Embarking on this new chapter, they turned to TWA for top-tier design to bring all their services under one roof.

The resulting renovation of a two-story existing call center into a bustling office hub fit the bill perfectly. Level one boasts a grand lobby with a glass rotunda and custom light fixtures, emphasizing the volume of space, which then meanders towards their reception and impressive conference center. Wide corridors allow mingling before and after meetings in a variety of rooms ranging in size and function to accommodate parties of 4 to 50. Also housed on level one are office suites for two of the three companies, BCS Wealth Management and First Covenant Trust & Advisors, and an employee lounge where the two entities can mix comfortably. Level two holds the remaining third company, BCS CPAs and maximizes space and natural light by placing private offices with glass fronts around the perimeter of the floor and open workstations throughout the center arranged by department. The main open office axis dead ends into an expansive break area where employees can congregate, collaborate, and celebrate.
