pavilion at founders park

The Pavilion at Founders Park is a 7,000 square foot open air covered concourse designed by Thomas Weems Architect to compliment the two historic train depots that remain in Downtown Johnson City as well as the adjacent Founders Park green space and amphitheater. The Pavilion offers electrical and restroom facilities and covered parking perfect for hosting farmers market vendors, community events, or small concerts. The design also provided new landscaping, pedestrian and vehicular access, and street-side parking.
