TWA provided architectural engineering services for the addition of a Phase I training facility for staff, partners and volunteers. Coming alongside the mission of Isaiah 117 of “changing the way foster care begins,” a training center to better equip the functionality of the Isaiah 117 ministry was added to their headquarters in Elizabethton. With its direct adjacency to the local Department of Human Services, the training center, designed with a 25-person conference area, catering kitchen, storage and support spaces, serves as the perfect starting point for actualizing the mission. Future phases would connect all facilities for a comprehensive headquarters with offices, training center, meeting and support spaces.
