As a local bank with six branches based in middle and east Tennessee, Mountain Commerce Bank has positioned itself for rapid growth and expansion through several projects in the Tri-Cities, kick-started by the MCB Gray Operations Center. This investment more than doubled the size of their current leased operations space and features additional capacity for the bank’s future. The overall aesthetic of the MCB Gray Operations Center is a combination of natural elements presented in a sleek, modern building that incorporates components of other well-established MCB landmark sites while revamping the brand in a fresh, new manner. The interior of the Operations Center improves productivity of its employees through larger open workspaces, modernized finishes, and the capitalization of natural elements. An expansive lobby and multiple meeting rooms at the front of the building provide opportunity for hosting large gatherings and after-hours events. Subtle pops of color in the finishes establishes an undertone of corporate branding throughout each space. The site was designed with further growth in mind as it houses a free-standing drive thru ITM, becoming one of the only banks in the area to utilize this state-of-the-art technology.
