Science Hill High School is well-known for its educational impact, so when the need to overhaul some of their existing classrooms arose, Johnson City Schools enlisted the services of TWA. TWA designed a renovation to 17 existing classrooms and support areas to update six existing labs and create six new ones. The renovations also included transforming existing multi-user restrooms into more secure, safe, and accessible single-user restrooms across the campus and creating a dedicated CDC suite of classrooms. All spaces within the project scope were updated to provide new finishes, casework, fixtures and equipment, and new MEP improvements were installed to promote student wellness in the wake of an international pandemic.
