SUMMERS-TAYLOR, INC. HEADQUARTERS

Summers-Taylor, Inc., a leading materials producer and heavy construction contractor, has opened its headquarters in the historic Model Mill in downtown Johnson City, Tennessee. The 100+ year old Model Mill building, former home to General Mills Company, has been restored to its former glory to accommodate the new corporate headquarters among other mixed-use office, retail, and restaurant spaces. As a nod to the company’s brand, this space showcases custom lighting and art from old machine parts. This is a three-level project including a mix of private + open offices as well as spaces to encourage and facilitate collaboration.
