Summit Leadership is a different animal in the non-profit world - a non-profit organization that exists solely to support other non-profits, businesses, and leaders. A major part of the practicality of their mission is a building fit to host, promote, incubate, and serve those leaders. With a goal to "connect, consult, coach, and care," their current building was falling short of their needs, so they enlisted TWA to propose renovations to their existing offices which would consist of a two-story conference and resource center used as a co-working and missional support for the small businesses and non-profits that they serve. Programming included meeting rooms of varied size, a coffee shop, large gathering spaces, co-working pods, storage and support facilities. While good fortune would provide an opportunity to move to a larger building in the end, the planned renovations were an excellent benchmark for moving forward.
