As part of the on-going development of Elizabethton High School's Athletic Complex, Thomas Weems Architect was retained to provide architectural and engineering services for the revitalization of the outdoor track and field facility. The project scope included new perimeter fencing, track resurfacing, competition striping, accessory surfacing for field competition activities, and donor signage.
